The Georgia Charter Schools Association is pleased to announce the 10 winners of our inaugural “Charter Teachers Tell Their Story” submission contest! These 10 educators will work with 91³Ô¹Ï to create a 30-45 second video to share their charter school stories, experiences, and successes. They will also receive a $1,000 stipend for their participation. Congratulations to the following charter school educators:

• Nicole Collins – Spring Creek Charter Academy
• Crystal DeVaughn-Marsh – Utopian Academy for the Arts
• Jacqueline Fawaz – Westside Atlanta Charter School
• Natalie Foster – Tybee Island Maritime Academy
• Angela Stafford  – Charles R. Drew Charter Junior/Senior Academy
• Shirquetta Standifer – Georgia Cyber Academy
• Kimberly Yetter – Academy for Classical Education

A committee of 91³Ô¹Ï staff members selected the winners after reviewing entries from nearly 70 charter school educators from across the state of Georgia.
