Board听Boost听is a forum听of 60-minute sessions, where we tackle some of the most common governance challenges and explore critical topics, such as succession planning, onboarding, academic oversight, effective school leader oversight, and other topics generated by YOU!听 During these sessions, you will learn of best practices and receive resources you can use immediately to听boost听the effectiveness of your听board. Participants will also engage with members of other听boards听to share solutions from the field during our facilitated discussions.
Board Boost Sessions are part of 91吃瓜鈥檚听FY22听Digital Governance Series,听a comprehensive digital governance professional development experience for governing board members of Georgia charter schools.
