At the Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI), we provide teachers with tools, techniques, and strategies to use dialogue as a foundation for classroom learning and culture building. Meaningful conversations promote inclusion, develop critical thinking and conflict resolution skills, and prepare students to have a voice in society. Our free High School Educator Cohort: Professional Development Workshops will allow teachers to explore dialogue practices while connecting with peers looking to leverage tools that prepare students to thrive in a diverse world.
