2017 Focus: Achievement
Dates: Monday, June 12 – Thursday, June 15

Learn the skills required to start, lead and replicate high-quality charter schools. If you’re a new or aspiring charter school leader, or just want to improve your leadership skills, 91³Ô¹Ï’s Summer Bootcamp will give you the tools necessary for success. Â
This year’s emphasis is on maximizing student achievement. Attendees will spend time developing and/or refining leadership competencies, school improvement plans, and HR practices. Schools are encouraged to send teams to participate in a collaborative learning experience as they work to improve academic outcomes for students.
This intensive training will help leaders develop the skills and core competencies to launch, lead, convert, replicate, and/or expand high-quality public charter schools. Participants will also explore topics related to styles of leadership; hiring/developing/retaining high performing teams; Response to Intervention (RTI); and due process. This is also the perfect opportunity for school administrators or teacher leaders to earn Professional Learning Units (PLUs).
